Our Beater Bags are made from 1st Grade Quality Leather. No Cheap, thin leather or is Suede used. Double stitched with a Velcro opening, so no sewing or hammering in rivets is necessary. This not any makes for easy 'tuning' of the amount of filling, but as the filling breaks down over time (especially if sand is used) the bags can be easily re-filled. The Velco will not come open if it is clean before closing.
We have an Old School Leather man who makes our Bags. He not only guarantees the leather & his workmanship & with his many years experience has he advised us that Suede won't last. We certainly agree!!
