Bossing Mallets

These have the heads moulded to the Stainless Steel Handles in custom moulds (the only mallet available that is as made part of the handle & not just fitted after with only a screw holding it in place) 
They will not come apart. Holes are drilled in the handle to 'key' the head to it & for the Polymer to flow through.
 In fact when they are hot poured, they are poured through & up into the handle to strengthen the area near the head.They are made from the toughest Polymer there is, H95 which is the same Polymer that is bonded to fork lift wheels, so they are very strong.

They have polished handles fitted with Custom Made Soft foam grips to make them comfortable to use.

They are light, but very strong & won't mar the metal......even aluminium.
